Discount Ticket promotion for Military Personnel
Who: Active and Retired U.S. Military, also includes members of the U.S. Coast Guard and activated members of the National Guard or Reservists.
What: You may purchase a 4 Day Base ticket for $99. You can add the Park hopper option and Water Park Fun & More option for about $25 plus tax per person. Military personnel can purchase one for themselves and up to 5 additional tickets for family members or friends.
If active US military members are unable to come to Walt Disney World their spouses may purchase the tickets for up to 5 family members or friends. You will need to provide valid military ID to purchase the tickets.
Tickets must be purchased at the theme park ticket windows. They are not available online or by phone or at the resorts.
When: These tickets are valid until 9/30/2010. Block out dates 3/27- 4/9/2010 All locations. 7/3-7/4 2010 Magic Kingdom only.
These tickets can be upgraded to an annual pass, premium annual pass, seasonal and weekday select passes.
Military room rate has been extended – 40% off and option to buy dining plans. You need to book by July 31, 2010 and travel is good all the way to Sept 30, 2010.

Note that if you need only a 4-day ticket and you have an undiscounted package, it may be worthwhile to switch to this package (which requires a minimum of a 5-day ticket) because the cost of that extra day on your ticket is low compared with the value of the gift card.
Also note that if you’ve already booked the “7 Nights for the Price of 4″ or “7 Nights for the Price of 5″ package (now discontinued) and are staying at least 7 nights, it is a better deal than this new offer. If you have one of those packages with only a 6-night stay in a Value resort, the new package may be a better deal.
